How is data handled in Ask FT?

When using Ask FT, only the search query is shared with Anthropic, the AI provider. No information about the subscriber or their organisation is transmitted. Additionally, Anthropic is not permitted to use any inputs or outputs to train their models.

Within the FT, only members of the Ask FT development team can view subscriber inputs and generated answers. This access is strictly limited and used solely to improve the feature and better understand subscriber needs. Editorial teams do not have access to data showing what individual users or organisations have asked.
