Where can I find my Customer Reference Number?

If you are a Print, FT Digital Edition or Print + Premium Digital subscriber you can find your Customer Reference Number (which may also be referred to as your Subscription Number) on the welcome emails we sent when you first subscribed. You can also find it on any invoices/receipts we have sent to you.

Depending on your location, your Account Number will be up to 10 digits long in a similar format to below:

• Americas: 123456FTU1
• APAC: 123456FTA1
• EMEA: 123456FT1

Note: If you are a Print subscriber based in the UK you will not be provided with a CRN and will use your email address instead. 

When contacting Customer Care, you are required to provide us with your email address and/or CRN in order for us to identify your subscription.
