How do I cancel if I subscribed through the FT app?
If you subscribed through the FT App, your subscription is managed by a third-party provider, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. To manage your subscription, please do so directly through them.
On iOS devices, go to
> Settings
> Subscriptions
> Financial Times
> Cancel subscription
On Android devices, go to
> Play Store App
> Click on your Profile
> Payment and subscriptions
> Subscriptions
> Financial Times
> Cancel subscription
Unfortunately, we’re unable to process cancellations for these subscriptions as they are handled by the provider.
