How do I raise a complaint?
If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Care team via live chat or phone first—they will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your complaint is not resolved, you can escalate it by emailing complaints@ft.com.
For customers in Europe, if we are unable to reach a resolution, you have the option to pursue alternative dispute resolution through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
