How do I raise a complaint?
If you have a complaint, please contact our Customer Care team in the first instance who will be able to help and likely resolve the matter. If your complaint remains unresolved following this please email complaints@ft.com.
If you are in Europe and we are unable to resolve your complaint, you have the option to pursue alternative dispute resolution through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
