What is the myFT Email Digest?

The myFT Email Digest allows you to receive a daily or weekly email highlighting the top stories published for any topics you follow in myFT. Helping you to keep on top of the news and topics that are important to you.

You can switch the email on or off by visiting your Contact Preferences page in myFT, where you will also be able to select to receive Instant Alerts if you would like to be notified immediately of new stories from any particular topics.
