Why didn’t I receive my newsletter?
If you can’t find your newsletter, it could be in your spam or junk mail folder. To ensure you receive it safely , please follow these steps:
Gmail
If you are using a desktop, drag the email into your primary folder or mark it as important.
If you are using the Gmail app, click on the three dots in the right hand corner and select “move to primary”.
Apple mail
Click on the FT email address at the top of the newsletter and select ‘add to VIPs’.
Outlook
Add the FT email address to your ‘safe senders list’
