How many times can I suspend my newspaper delivery?
You can suspend your newspaper delivery as often as you like, for up to 90 days at a time. However, you will only be credited back for a limited number of editions.
How do credits work?
Each subscription year, you can receive credit for up to:
- 24 editions if you have a 5- or 6-day subscription
- 4 editions if you have a weekend-only subscription
Credits are applied automatically to your next payment (monthly, quarterly or annual), reducing the amount you pay. Credit is based on your subscription cost—not the retail price of the newspaper.
Unused credits cannot be refunded or transferred to another person or subscription. If you cancel, any eligible credits will be refunded or applied to your next subscription. Trial subscriptions can be paused, but no credit will be given.
Where can I check how many credits I have left?
Visit My Account > Manage your suspensions to see your remaining credits and view your suspension history.
