What is my newspaper CRN?

Your CRN is your Customer Reference Number and is used for all customers who have a Print or Print + Premium Digital subscription outside the UK.

Your CRN will have been sent to you by letter or email when you first subscribed to the FT and is referenced in service emails that we send. You can also find it on any invoices or receipts you have received from us.

Depending on your location, your Account Number will be up to 10 digits long in a similar format to below:

• Americas: 123456FTU1
• APAC: 123456FTA1
• EMEA: 123456FT1

Please note:
You will need your CRN to access our online Newspaper Subscription Services where you can:

• Change your delivery address
• Pay your bill
• Log a delivery suspension
• Renew your subscription
