When will I receive my paper vouchers?

For all new subscriptions, you can expect to receive your paper voucher booklet within two weeks. The booklet will contain 13 weeks' worth of vouchers.

If you have subscribed to an annual subscription you will receive 4 booklets throughout the year; you will not receive them all at once. 

By logging into My Account you can:

• View when your most recent paper voucher booklet was dispatched
• View and change your delivery address
• View when your next voucher booklet will be dispatched

Please note: 
Your voucher booklet can take up to a week to arrive once dispatched. If they have not arrived within 7 days of the dispatch date, please contact our Customer Care team via live chat or phone, who can send you another booklet.
