Will I be charged for downloading the same content multiple times if I have a republishing licence?

Once a piece of content has been downloaded by a user on an organisation’s republishing licence, any other user on the same licence can also download it without it counting towards your organisation's republishing limit. This applies for the remainder of your organisation’s current republishing contract.
