How do I manage my FT subscription if I purchased it with Apple?
If you purchased your subscription via IOS in-app purchases, you can manage your subscription by navigating to ‘Manage subscriptions’ on an Apple device, e.g iPhone, iPad, Mac. You can also report a problem or request a refund for your subscription by visiting https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and logging in with your Apple ID.
If you purchased your digital subscription directly from the FT, you can manage your subscription from Settings & Account.
