How do I set up 2FA for Subscription Manager?

The first time you log in to Subscription Manager using your ft.com login credentials, you be required to go through additional steps to authenticate and set up 2FA. You will be guided through these steps when you login. You will need to download an authenticator app to your smartphone. We recommend the Google Authenticator app, which you’ll find on the Google Play Store or the the App Store. You will then need to use the app to scan the QR code that will be presented to you.

Once the QR code has been scanned, the authenticator app will generate a 6 digit number that you will be required to enter to gain access to Subscription Manager.

Once you have completed this setup process you will receive a verification email to confirm that you have successfully completed set up.

Once you have set up 2FA, it will be there each time you access Subscription Manager and will require you to have access to your smartphone. You will not have to go through the full process of downloading the authenticator app and scanning the QR code, but you will be required to enter the 6 digit number generated by your authenticator app each time you log in.
