Why can I not just add users directly to my Professional Subscription?

Administrators can no longer sign a user up to the organisation’s subscription on the user's behalf. Due to compliance and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) rules, any new users that are added to your FT subscription must go through our sign up process and agree to the required terms and conditions.
