How do I sign into My Account on FT.com?
The easiest way to access My Account is on a desktop. You’ll need to be signed in to FT.com to do so.
To sign in, click here. Your username is the email address you used to subscribe. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
Once signed in, you can find My Account in these locations:
- Desktop: Click the sign-in link in the top-right corner of any page, under the Financial Times banner and myFT header. Some users may see it above the myFT header as part of an ongoing user experience test.
- Mobile & Desktop: Use the menu (☰) in the top-right corner of every page.
- App: My Account is not available in the FT app.
What You Can Do in My Account
- View your subscription details
- Update your personal and billing information
- Download receipts
- Change your subscription (for Standard Digital and Premium customers)
- Manage your delivery address, suspensions, and paper voucher booklets (UK newspaper customers only)
For security reasons, you may be asked to sign in again when accessing My Account.
