What is Usage Insights in Subscription Manager?

Usage Insights shows you curated reports, designed to bring you clarity, understanding and actionable insight on how people within your organisation are using your FT Professional Subscription. Tracking effectiveness and optimising usage is quick and easy with instant access to the right data.

There will be slightly different data available depending on your licence type.

Team subscription will display:

• Total assigned users (active vs. inactive)
• Total and counted pageviews
• Downloadable usage report (per user)

Group and Enterprise subscription will display:

• Assigned, core, and occasional readers
• Forecasted core readers
• Detailed downloadable usage report (includes core reader status and counted pageviews by user)

Clients can request historical data from the last 2 years in Subscription Manager (in the Usage Insights section) but it is only available for large licences with 100 active users or more.

The data is not displayed in real time. Usage data may have a latency of up to 27 hours, and data received from channel partners is updated every 4–8 weeks.
