What should I do if I haven't received my newspaper delivery or there is another problem with my newspaper delivery?
If you're based in the UK, please email subscriptions@ft.com and we will credit your missing copy and resolve any issues.
Please contact our Customer Care team by phone or email using the details available for your region here. Please be sure to select the Print tab.
When you contact us we need to know the following details:
- Your Name
- Full Delivery Address
- The dates affected
- The specific delivery issue e.g. non-delivery or damaged
- Delivery instructions that may help resolve the non-delivery e.g. the colour of your front door
