What is Subscription Manager?

Subscription Manager is a simple, secure and compliant platform that enables the administrators of an organisation’s FT Professional Subscription to:

• Get an instant overview of a subscription's status
• Manage subscribers’ access – quickly and easily
• View and understand a subscriptions’s usage

This feature is only available for customers with an FT Professional Subscription. 

When you log in, you’ll first see the Overview Page, which provides a snapshot of your subscription, including:

• Subscription allocation (how many seats are in use or available)
• Customer Success Manager contact and subscription details
• A list of current administrators

The Subscription Allocation section shows how many users are assigned to your subscription and how many seats remain. If you hold an enterprise licence, this will display as ∞ (infinity), indicating unlimited seats.

The Subscription Information panel (within Subscription Manager) outlines:

• The type of FT product your organisation has purchased
• End date of the current contract
• SSO status (active or inactive) and information on permitted domains
